  I started taking a role on Editorial Board and Reviewer in some journals under LP3M Universitas Nurul Jadid in 2021. I am mandated as a Reviewer at GUYUB: Journal of Community Engagement and Trilogi: Jurnal Teknologi, Kesehatan, dan Humaniora, while Language Advisory on At-Turas: Jurnal Keislaman. A number of articles have been reviewed from 2021 to the present time. A month ago, I have been selected to be a reviewer in the Outcome Based Education program. This program focuses on research concerning community engagement. My task is to ensure that the proposal has met the empirical and substantial criteria relevant to the issues being proposed. There are 18 lecturers with 2 proposals in each. This condition benefits me in terms of experience improvement and enrichment in research and publication.   This course is taken twice and regulated specifically for new students. The learning process is accommodated with an e-learning platform, called 'English Discoveries'.   Universitas Nurul Jadid locates in Probolinggo, East Java. I started my lecturing experience in October 2019 in the English 1 and English 2 course with 9 credits on Saturday and Sunday. English is one of the compulsory subjects to support students’ academic purposes. The curriculum is oriented to practical English – it is how English can accommodate students’ needs in any major/program. By that time, I can hand in five classes with 15 credits each semester starting from 2020. Apart from teaching English, I also taught Morphology and Basic Writing subjects for English learners at the Faculty of Social and Humanities, Universitas Nurul Jadid.   Folia Medica Indonesiana is a medical journal of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga. This journal publishes four times a year consisting of 15 per issue. I started to be the Assistant Editor at the journal in March 2021 and was mandated to conduct editorial evaluation, journal management, and publication. The editorial evaluation is carried out to ensure whether a manuscript has met the criteria and scope of the journal or not. Since my enrollment, this really contributes to my experience and point of view on medical manuscripts that certainly differ from social science manuscripts. The different terms and modes of writing are two of the other differences that I can find as insight and enrichment for me. This also – another way – impact my awareness that writing a manuscript needs persistence and carefulness to obtain a significant output for people relevant to the case being studied in a manuscript. I also joined some of the programs conducted by LIPJPHKI Universitas Airlangga concerning the management/ workflow of OJS 3 and the improvement of a scientific journal in order to get internationally high-marked.
