I assissted my lecturer (Dr. Megga Ratnasari Pikoli, M.Si) on microbiological research. those are : 1. cultivating indigenous fungi found in agarwood plant 2. isolating bacteria that able to degrade plastic waste Thorough this project, I was able to acquire laboratory skill such as microorganisms cultivation, sterilization, and asceptic inoculation, then utilize SPSS to process the data acquired to analyze the variable statistically.
