Adam spent some time with our clinical department at WMMC; he assessed our operations and developed a realistic strategic action plan that continues to improve our productivity. He's an expert consultant, with a creative mind that paints a big picture for the client. I recommend Adam for health consulting projects.

I worked with Adam at the Univerity of Mississippi Medical Center. He is consummate professional. Great to work with. Extremely bright. Fun to be around. Hope to work with Adam again in the future.

Position Overview: Founder of a socially minded coffee brand launched inside an authentic Mexican grocery store designed to be a center of community engagement and revitalization. Major initiatives have included: • Creation of a skills matrix, career ladder, and onboarding plan that readies a barista of little to no skill to become a high performer in 2 months. • Recipient of the Lake County Community Foundation, Small Business Grant Initiative $50,000 award. The first business awarded the grant as a part of a proof of concept. • Creation and launch of programming designed to position the brand as a thought leader and cultivator of unique experiences. The intention is to grow the brand outside of coffee-based retail operations. - ‘Pull Up and Support’ fundraising strategy leverages the brand and its popularity to raise money for nonprofits, community organizations, sports programming, and other areas of interest. - ‘After Hours Market’ programming which created a unique retail experience inside Gonzalez and offsite. The vision is to cultivate experiences that allow the brand to expand future operations to include an outdoor permanent market on property owned by the Gonzalez family. - ‘On the Grounds’ program in partnership with The Brushwood Center. The program highlights a health equity and disparities report recently pushed by the organization through nature walks, coffee demonstrations provided by Drip and Culture, and discussions with community leaders around the report findings. - ‘Run Club’ program is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle evolution of the brand. To date, 106 people have registered for runs that take place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Sponsorship conversations are underway with local businesses interested in advancing our cause. • Created and successfully launched a small business incubator, The Entrepreneurs Collective, to support programming to highlight talented start-up and concept owners in Greater Waukegan.
