I was managed, mentored, and directed by Andrew at Silverlign and later eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions. I was fortunate enough to work on a number of projects with Andrew from which I learned a ton. Andrew is very strategic and knows exactly what a client needs. He is quick at solving problems and jumps straight to sketching to help get the project running. He is very thorough with his feedback and his positive attitude helps with focus and motivation to get the best work out.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew for over ten years. He continued to grow as a creative and as a manager every year, taking on more responsibilities with bigger projects and bigger teams. He is a great mentor to younger designers and has a contagiously optimistic attitude. He is a true team player and any team would be lucky to have him.
