I had the honour & pleasure of working with Aby during my Bellamy's days. Aby is a great leader who gained the respect of everyone from different levels. I am always impressed with how he can get everyone on board with ideas, even though some may initially be on different pages. Aby is not only a boss but also mentor to me. He has given me lots of opportunity to manage the business on my own, yet you can always count on him for advice & support whenever you need. If given the opportunity, I will gladly choose to work with Aby again. Any company will be fortunate to have him as part of the leadership team as he has proven to be a great leader, imparting valuable skills to the team & guarantee to deliver results.

Aby is a great leader. He always makes people feel welcome and that's why they want to win for him. He has the ability to see the big picture and be strategic but at the same time he can be very action oriented. While he is a visionary who can inspire his team, unlike other senior execs he still loves to get his hands dirty and come down in the trenches every now and then. I have never seen him fazed, he is always calm and relaxed no matter how stressful the situation. I’ve enjoyed his communication style, which was very open and encouraged honest discussions. He gave me the ability and freedom to do what I want without having to look over my shoulders. He encouraged me to make mistakes but he always had my back. What I loved most about him most was that he never got lost in hierarchy, he always remembered what it was like to be in your first year in a new business. I would love to work with him again.
