  The World Scholar's Cup, or WSC, is a competition open to elementary, middle school, and high school students that challenges them to debate, participate in a trivia, and write an essay, as well as participate in an intense exam covering six subjects: Science & Technology, Special Area, Social Studies, History, Art & Music, and Literature & Media. In 2018's WSC regional round in Jakarta, Aby along with her two teammates placed third fifth for team debate, fifteenth for writing, sixteenth for trivia, third for the written exam, and fourth overall out of more than fifty teams from numerous international schools in Jakarta in the 2018 WSC regional round — qualifying to the globals round.
