  I’m Mr Abu Hassan Bin Abu Bakar is now currently working with Equinox Offshore Singapore as a QC Inspector for pre commissioning mechanical and piping . And previously been working with a few corporate like Caterpillar Singapore , Rotary Group of company as a Welding supervisor , foreman and steel man ( qc inspector ) which in line with oil ,gas and mining industries . I has NTC 2 in mechanical and CSWIP 3.0 in welding Education. And having more than 10 years of mechanical , non destructive test and welding inspection experience in marine oil and gas . My motivation to move on , would be go up with my career progression and the idea of working for an esteemed organization such as Jaya Holding Limited has prompted me to make a move for this job. I’m a Singapore born citizen of Singapore . And available immediately for an interview and can start work after the 1 month notice period . I’m 43 years old and married with two children . My 34 years wife is a fulltime housewife , my 12 and 5 years old daughter now schooling and and we staying in jurong west , Singapore . My current salary is $7500 and I’m ideally looking for around $ 5500 to $6500 ( depend on the job scope ) Plus the standard benefit at an MNC .

  Monitor the welding activities before , during , and after as per quality control plan and according to code & standard Visual inspection of weld of weld and accepting as per project specification and compile report for tracing propose and work progress status . Witness of hydro test & air/n2 pressure test . And go thru the line check for leakage with yard QC and class surveyor . To carry out inspection of construction material and cert according to project and the class specs To carry out inspection on incoming parts certificate, part no, and spec is correct as in the project specification and all document in proper order . To check line and equipment all in place is secure ie: pipe support , distance between support, foundation of the support ,method of secure the pipe and skid base if any before box up or test carry out . To witness all test carry out ( hydro test , Ultrasonic test , Air pressure test , Vacuum test , Load test ) Walk the line check all gauges , valve , equipment in order no missing no defect and ensure all item follow to P&ID Plan Process stage wise inspection like dimension check up , fit up ,cross verification of electrodes , welder identification , preheating and post . Prepare review and approval of quality document like QAP/ITP/WPS/PQR To review and interpreted ndt result and endorse and filing . To report any modification to supt and project engineer for problem face during installation. For update in the final revision drawing . To carry out line tracing with the yard QC before pre commissioning . As to confirm the line follow the directional and to the correct equipment . To update the punch list of missing item or anything that is not accordance to the P&ID and the spec . Develop & implement inspection & test pack Provide monitoring to subordinate to ensure they understand quality requirement welder qualification and review of welding procedure preparation according to a s m e section

  In charge of 5 welder and planning of each of them of joint and fit up to be done and follow up . Check all fit up work done according to the weld process before report to QC for inspection. Check all weldment and arrangement for in house ndt before report to QC for the final inspection.
