Solar design modelling: I was responsible for demand-based sizing and design of solar system components (BESS, inverter, charge controller, surge protector) and all other electrical installation works. Water network system design and construction: I am skilful with overhead water storage design and distribution lines, filtration systems, foundation engineering, and comfortable working at greater heights. Management and supervision: I profitably managed a team of 5 field-technicians by planning a day ahead in a cordial working environment. I trained entry-level recruits because I am friendly and like demonstrations. Reporting and presentations: Prepared weekly, monthly and end of year project progress report to the company partner and financier- Water4 USA. Under my leadership, the field team were awarded 20% bonus in 2018 and 2019 for meeting targets under tight time constraints and covid19 restrictions, respectively.
