Velma Foundation is a Legal Service company that aim at fighting cybercrimes in Nigeria. It creates a program 'Velma Action to Reduce Cybercrime (Velma-ARC)' which aims at rehabilitating repentant cyber offenders. Among the programs is a yearly one-month Boocamp where participants are expose and thought different IT skills such as Data science, UI/UX and Web Design.
