  -Human Resource department (HRD) involves all management decisions and actions that affect the nature of the relationship between the organization and its employees. With effective Human Resource Management the organization acquires a competent and committed workforce, able to support the University strategy. Therefore University can create a competitive advantage through their people. -The Human Resources department Coordinates implementation of services, policies, programs, assists and advises about Human Resources issues. -Ino order to get the most out of staff, human resource management integrates all processes, programs, and systems in an organization designed to ensure that employees are acquired and used in an effective way. RECRUITMENT •The nature of the recruitment process is regulated as per Higher Education Commission (HEC) and University rules. •Main forms of recruitment through advertising in newspapers •Applicants may demonstrate their suitability through application form. •The HRD deptt. Screen applications to see if the applicants meet the specified qualification and other requirement of the post. •Scrutinized the document of candidates by Scrutiny Committee of senior members of teaching staff. Suitable candidates are short listed for Written Test/ interviews •Issuance of interview call to short listed candidates •Arrangement of interviews for selection Board. •Select candidates on the basis of merit and ability. •Issuance of appointment letters to selected candidates. •During probation the employees are introduced to the mission, objectives and values of job assigned to him. Probation is a serious process which provided regular feedback on performance and assesses suitability for employment. Show less
