Screen applications to see if the applicants meet the specified qualification and other requirement of the post. •Scrutinized the document of candidates by Scrutiny Committee of senior members of teaching staff. Suitable candidates are short listed for Written Test/ interviews •Issuance of interview call to short listed candidates •Arrangement of interviews for selection Board. •Select candidates on the basis of merit and ability. •Issuance of appointment letters to selected candidates. •During probation the employees are introduced to the mission, objectives and values of job assigned to him.
