Medical interpreter for Carolinas Healthcare System. hospitals clinics, Doctor's offices. During my work, I had the opportunity to understand the true nature of a medical interpreter’s job and understood how important it is in a country that hosts many cultures and languages. During the course of my experience, I have learnt that braking the gap between healthcare providers and patients is important to understand and appreciate different cultures as well in order to be able to provide appropriate health care. I believe that patient education is one of the most important aspects of medical services provision and I put much stress on it during a communication assignment.

I helped the medical provider and the patient communicate, to make sure both sides understood each other equally, which means, I communicated the exact feelings and attitudes between the both of them. By referring the question to the Doctor and the answer to the patient. I helped the patient with filling out forms, reading, and explaining written documents to the patient. I also answered questions about the written documents to the patient to make sure they understood everything. When I worked with Into languages global; I worked mostly at Elementary and Middle schools, with teachers and Parents. I participated in parent-teacher meetings to help communicate and to explain the purpose of the meeting. And to pass all messages accurately and completely without adding or subtracting any information, to make sure both sides understood each other clearly.
