  I developed three customized guidelines based on IUCN best practices for the rescue center. These include a general guideline on wildlife translocations, a specific guideline for wild felid translocations, and a standard operating procedure for the management of confiscated wildlife. Also, I gained hands-on experience in animal rehabilitation and husbandry techniques from experts, which included caring for Sunda Pangolins (Manis javanica) among other animals at the center.   In this role, I had to liaise with project managers and other operation team members to develop monitoring and results measurement systems for measuring and reporting the progress of project activities. My work involved providing support to project teams to carry out monitoring activities as per project requirements (e.g. subsector studies, baseline studies, quarterly survey, endline, evaluations, investigative studies, case studies, etc.). In this regard, I developed survey tools and guidelines, databases and conducted training and orientations of team members and external data collectors on data collection protocols and use of tools.Other tasks I performed in this role include developing ToRs for external consultants, update knowledge management database, disseminate information to iDE Global and support operation teams to prepare regular reports for projects in line with reporting requirements.
