  -Shift Engineer at Utilities Plant in Huaneng Shandong Ruyi Energy private limited and responsible of smooth operation and emergency handling. Utilities including Cooling Towers, Fire Water, Potable Water, Boilers Feed Water, Domestic and oily waste water treatment, Condensate polishing transfer system and Sodium hypochlorite generation system. Comprehensive water treatment including surface water to cooling water using inclined plates clarifiers by optimizing parameters. Ground water to Boiler Feed Water by using 150m3/hr capacity TORAY RO membranes and electro de-ionization. Water testing to achieve maximum quality and ensuring parameters within range by SDI, titrations and usage of phosphate photometer. Safe handover and takeover of jobs according to China Huaneng safety standards using Work tickets and safety systems such as LOTOTO. Implementation of China Huaneng Elements for plants including systems of management related to incident investigation, HAZOP, Pre- start up safety review etc.  Follow up of maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment through action items generation to interfaces on SAP|ERP. Management of all shift personnel including contract personnel and ensuring that jobs are being executed safely and timely. Conduct safety meetings, Red tag drills and Craft related training at unit on need basis to enhance safe work practices and to achieve zero injury target. Follow up from other interfaces about green list jobs completion in C-level maintenance equipment shutdown, compile report on regular basis and discuss plan with site executives. Maintain plant parameters to achieve maximum efficiency and finding engineering solutions when troubleshooting. Conduct risk assessment before equipment startups to ensure smooth and reliable operation. To track chemical consumption with respect to water treatment to counter excessive usage of chemicals than recommended dosage.
