• The primary point of contact for internal LA Care employees and external L.A. Care customers that have questions regarding transportation provided by Call the Car.• On staff at L.A. Care as a consultant and serves as the Call the Car account liaison for LA Care.• Responsible to manage any potential Call the Car transportation issues from end to end.• Collaborate with Call the Car’s operations teams( CSR’s, Dispatch, Quality Assurance, etc.) to address and resolve service and/or performance issues.• Work internally with LA Care teams (SNI, UM,PNM, Behavioral Health Services, CSC) to address and resolve any Call the Car transportation concerns.• Provide both Call the Car and LA Care continuous feedback on opportunities for improvement.• If it is identified that a facility or provider is experiencing issues with transportation provided by Call the Car, will travel to identified facilities to discuss and resolve provider complaints and issues.
