  · Verify and maintain the records through use of Ontrack Systems of all incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipping and accept deliveries. · Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet required specifications. Record and document items placed into or taken out of inventory. · Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels to be sure that the orders have been filled correctly. · Lift cartons of various sizes operate lift trucks or hand-jacks to move material. · Type bills of lading and shipping labels, listing weights and serial numbers of items sold and received. · Package and load products safely and according to D.O.T. regulations. · Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier and all related logistics documents are completed accurately and thoroughly. · Correctly prepare needed shipping documents through the ERP system to ensure accuracy. · Expected to visually check paint quality and if questionable bring up to shipping manager · Responsible to help continually review our internal quality processes, making recommendations to management on changes that would enhance the quality of our products. · Advise Materials Manager when materials are low, so replenishment purchase orders can be issued. · Assists in conducting Cycle Counting to insure inventory accuracy. · Perform all tasks to ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse environment.
