I had the privilege to work with Abe for just over a year at Baker Electric. As an IT professional, Abe is eager to learn new technologies and skills and quickly apply them to his daily tasks. He is constantly looking for process improvements and making suggestions to improve department efficiency. His positive attitude and hard work ethic show every day in the quality of his work. In addition to being a great tech, Abe has excellent customer service skills. He is always polite and respectful to everyone he encounters. Stress and pressure do not seem to impact his attitude or the quality of his work. Abe is able to focus on the customer's needs while providing excellent technical support at the same time. Abe is a number one team player, and I hope I get the chance to work with him again sometime in the future.
