  Review, authorized, create the different procedures that the company has in their plant, audit the different procedures that they created and see if they are doing all the steps that the procedure demands. Also I was as a support of one of the areas that the plants has, giving support to the area in the quality inspection, such as quality procedures like 1/50, first piece liberation, quality controls, 8D,s, 5 whys and also follow and supervise the different area auditors.   Administration of the hotel in general, receive the customers, take the information that the company demand, take payments, give rooms, administration and location of the different rooms, schedule reservations, work under pressure with the different customers, can be because they are not agree with the services, price, food, etc. Count and send the collected profit of the day, work on night one day per month, received calls from costumers and the international company that is Best Western to deal with the different prices, politics of the company (all speaking in both languages that is Spanish and English).
