   Enhanced the efficiency and transparency of the firm’s online fleet monitoring platforms by ensuring our fleet of trucks were equipped with reliable and functioning tracking devices/applications and ensuring ease of monitoring movement of our client’s consignments 24 hours a day. This enabled us to increase our client satisfaction by providing safe, transparent and reliable delivery of their goods.  Built a daily and weekly reporting suite highlighting the availability, location and mileage of the company’s fleet of trucks. This provided management information (MI) for the operations team whilst increasing the efficiency in the management of fleets for the business.  Gained invaluable experience with haulage and shipping operation processes by monitoring both transfer jobs (inter-state) and delivery jobs (intra-state) of client’s containerised consignments.  Responsible for client relationship management of 2 existing customers as well as performing business development activities in securing new customers and vendors for the business.
