  Early child hood development project Assistant play lab Lego foundation project Brac.contract. Conduct support supervision, field visit and identify the ECD project target beneficiaries. Document weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and submit together with the meal officer to ensure accuracy I'm data collection. provide onsite support and mentor teachers and play leader's ECD care giver to be able to follow the play based teaching model and also suppervise the installation of outdoor equipment and renovation of play centers to ensure they are safe for children. Attend weekly and monthly coordinating project meeting to discuss matters in the project at regional office and represent the project to district level. Coordinate training center management committee members, School Head teachers, volunteers give them responsibilities of the project coordination at community levels. Distributes the play to learn materials at the ECD centers and Stock from Ultra poor graduation project to the beneficiaries in the community. Mobilize and conduct parental session's to teach parents good child nurturing and refresher training for play leader's on a monthly basis in the all ECD play lab centers. Conduct material development work shops for both parents and play leader's using no /low cost materials under direct supervision of the project Assistant. Collect and complied a case and success stories from parents teachers and stakeholders on weekly basis. Identify child protection cases attended to at project level and referred to relevant authorities for further management. Conduct on going monitoring and evaluation of play lab activities and ensure smooth and timely operation as per the work plan and budget. Mobilize and conduct monthly refreshers training for teachers and play leader's.
