I had the privilege of working with Abbi at Butte County Department of Employment and Social Services. Abbi's strong leadership abilites ensured that I had a successful on boarding as I transitioned from Private to Public Sector. Abbi is a great leader. She invites innovation and drives change on her team. She is results oriented and sets stretch goals and expects you to meet them. In the Public Sector there are many barriers that make change difficult, and Abbi embraces the challenge, she does not give up. Our team became stronger as a result of her ability to face problems head on, have those hard conversations with dignity and respect. I will miss working with her, but became a better person because of the mentoring she provided.

I found Abigale to be an excellent manager to work with who had a thorough knowledge of funding streams and the bottom line fiscally. She was always open to conversation regarding getting the best results in the most fiscally sound way.
