Each day often brought something new, different customers, but also different team members. This meant that I learnt how to adapt quickly and work effectively with people. Often working in Private Boxes, I worked directly to provide an overall great customer experience for everyone. My key responsibilities included serving food and drink to customers at Race Meetings and other events as well as maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for the customers.
