To help boost past customer sales, I developed a unique discount program for customers attending lectures of the physician’s group; the result was increased sales from past customers and increased brand awareness. The physicians had struggled to produce a website that fit their target audience. I reconfigured their website to increase aesthetic value, readability, user experience, SEO, targeted copy, and new webpages, which helped convert website users to into new customers and past customers obtain helpful information about the doctors or surgery. There were plans of enacting a patient database for the physician to help identify the progress of their treatment and help to diagnose new patients; however, there were only miscellaneous photos of patients and no database. I worked hard to create an easy to use database for the doctors that included patient information such as MRN, the ailment, the date, and any procedural notes.
