I had the pleasure to work with Abigail Zuidweg-Numan for three years. Abigail is a reliable, hard working, and responsible operational manager. In the three years we worked together she provided leadership and support to the teams she supervised. She coordinated the operational functioning of our non-profit organization by giving clear instruction and vision to 5 different teams. She is highly competent, outgoing, organized, and has great communication skills. She is a team player who also gives clear directions. Abigail structured and maintained our scheduling system and our logistical operation. Working with volunteers, Abigail was able to care for them as well as invite them to participate to the best of their abilities. Everything she did was completed with warmth, insight, and professionalism.

      Events - communication - community building - office management Working in a small team made my role a really 'hands on' one. The main task as the project coordinator was finding volunteers (30 people) for the weekly events held. It was fun to tie in all the communication outlets (social media, news letters, bulletin, posters, flyers etc.) together with the design team to enhance the participation of the volunteer community. The community I helped build was engaged and committed which helps creating an enjoyable experience for everyone. I'm still in weekly contact with Vineyard and help out wherever I can.
