  Co directed the Seattle campaign office. Hired and managed a team of 5 to 20 staff depending on the time of year. Trained staff and Leadership Team (In office and field training), set goals and followed through with tailored trainings to make sure those goals were reached. Fundraised for political campaigns and grew memberships for the non profits we partnered with. Kept careful office records using Excel and online databases in addition to filing and databasing all contributions, petitions, and other campaign materials. Completed payroll for all staff and managed financial records. Participated in two national trainings and monthly regional trainings to improve non profit organizing skills.
