  As a radio show host, and current training director, my tasks include hosting large meetings to go over large quantities of information to all staff and trainees apart of the station. It is also my job to train future Radio Station DJ’s and prepare them for running their own shows. As a training director I also have my own committee that I lead and provide tasks to the staff to make sure they tend to their jobs and are up to speed on events currently happening. As the previous Multimedia Director of the WCUR, I would publish daily social media posts and update events that are occurring in the county so that the general public can stay updated. I also update the weather announcements and make sure all staff follow their code of conduct. It was also a pleasure to reach out to other school groups and small West Chester business for promotion and collaboration to boost ratings and customer outcome.
