    • Catering Manager
      • Jun 2018 - Present

I travel to different locations and events around Scotland as a Catering Manager. I worked my way up, starting as an assistant when I was 16 years old. I cook and manage my team in mobile food unit(s). My work ranges from massive music and sporting events to intimate weddings. It is a fast-paced, high pressure job that requires problem solving and a level head. I regularly step into other positions of the business when required such as managing a glamping site, managing a cafe in both front of house and cooking, bartender, driver, and farm hand with pigs chickens, turkeys, dogs, cows, sheep, and alpacas.
