  I have had many roles throughout my time in McDowells Jewellers. I serve as one of the faces of the company a customer sees when they enter our doors. I’m trained to handle any situation and any sale in each department whether it be fine jewellery, diamond sales, fashion and luxury watches and fashion jewellery. I was once the watch department supervisor. This included controlling stock and stock taking with regular stock counts, working with many suppliers and ordering new models of watches and replanting sold stock. I also work in solving customer queries and special ordering models a customer is specifically interested in purchasing. I have also a role in administrative duties such as cash handling and EOD reports. Since then I’ve been given the role of supervising jewellery and watch repairs which includes maintaining a tightly ran operation to deliver the best service possible to the customer. Show less
