I had the pleasure to work with Abbey for about 10 months. The second she joined the project, she took a lot of responsibilities and never failed to meet expectations. Abigail join the project in Dec 2019 as a backfill for two experienced team members who were going for their wedding. They were responsible for a very complex integration on the project. So here we were with a fresh college graduate on her very first project being thrown in the middle of a firestorm. My first gut reaction was to have total empathy and remembered my first project out of college. I knew that we had to mentor and support her in every possible manner for her to be comfortable before expecting anything tangible from her. I sincerely appreciated her courage to step-up to the challenge and surprise one and all with her performance in the past 5-6 months. She has delivered in a resounding manner and validated our faith in mentoring and coaching. She is now one of the trusted integration experts on the project and everyone looks up to her. I attribute her success to her CHARACTER & GRIT!!! She demonstrated hungry, respect, honesty, dependability, integrity and wonderful communications skills.
