Research developed on ‘Differential effects of extreme environmental conditions on filamentous fungi’ funded by the Society of Applied Microbiology. This experience allowed me to increase my confidence and skills with lab practices such as the Bradford method, Microscopy and the Neubauer chambers. My application was chosen out from a national level around the UK.
