I had the privilege of working on Abbie’s team as a Customer Experience Associate. She was our CX manager at Bizly. Being that Bizly is a startup, naturally, we had to wear many hats. I feel like she did so with ease and was great at remaining calm under pressure. I learned a lot from her as she taught us how to connect with our clients and truly understand their needs and react accordingly. She was also the most detailed oriented person I have ever worked with! She was extremely responsive and supportive as a manager. I can’t say enough great things about Abbie as both a leader and a colleague.

I was very lucky to have Abbie be my supervisor during my time at Bizly. She was such a thoughtful leader and offered me lots of guidance and help.
