      As part of the core Design Delivery team, I was seconded to use my extensive knowledge of Working links and the Justice arena to ensure that we designed a delivery model that was fit for purpose and could be implemented successfully upon being named as the winning bidder. I worked as part of a close-knit team to ensure that we fulfilled all of the extensive required elements of the MOJ ensuring that the bids were of an exceptional quality and with a competitive offer. Some of my responsibilities included:- • Solutions design - working to ensure that all specific needs and barriers were appropriately addressed through our proposed solutions including leading on the women's offer. • Understanding the various elements to the contract and what the requirements are whilst focussing on a long term solution in making sure that we make a real difference and reducing re-offending whilst managing risk. • Stakeholder Engagement and management - I led the engagement across the North East with regards prisons, the probation trusts and MOJ liaison colleagues including leading the dialogue sessions. • Bid Board - Presenting my work and providing proposals to Bid Board and reviewing based on challenges and redesigning solutions as appropriate.• Bid Writing - Working with the Bid Managers to construct bid answers and Quality Assuring answers to ensure the innovations within the solutions design were effectively evidenced in the bidWe were successful in being the winning bidder in 3 of the CRC's which was a highly successful outcome for Working Links.
