I joined the AECOM Talent Acquisition team for a two month placement where I assisted with the co-ordination of various recruitment tasks. In this time I supported applicants through the full recruitment process, from applied to hired status, and maintained good relationships with my hiring managers and recruiters. Additionally, I had the opportunity to externally advertise vacancies, source candidates, and use my psychology degree to research and create an interview guide.
