Immuno-histological biomarkers to predict the accumulation of Nanomedicine formulations in tumors. - Worked with 4T1 tumor model (breast cancer cell line) which were injected in healthy nude mice. - Two prototypic DDS, i.e., 10 nm-sized pHPMA polymers and 100 nm-sized PEGylated liposomes - Cutting of tumor samples, performed immuno-histological staining's, image acquisition using fluorescence microscopy.
