I manage a team that looks after the branding and communication for the foundation, with a primary focus on social media management, internal & external communication, advertising, digital marketing, and brand management. I have been instrumental in getting a brand standard guideline ready for the organization and have helped put in place policies for social media campaigns and internal communication. I have planned and executed campaigns related to the foundation's key service areas, and a video series on the doctors and therapists, titled Candid Conversations, which showed their non-clinical side. I am currently working towards getting a book on midwifery care published on behalf of the foundation and revamping all the websites to ensure better UI and UX. This role also entails liaising with media partners, PR agencies, and printing/publishing vendors, vendor management, negotiations, and budgeting. I played a key role in the brand identity transition for Stork Home, the ultra-luxury, state-of-the-art birthing facility at Banjara Hills. I helped set-up and created the visual identities of two of our new facilities, one being an outpatient clinic and the other a holistic therapy centre for specially abled children.
