Project 1: NSFW content detection on media available online. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Trained models on NSFW dataset, and then converted to .onnx format. 2. Processed videos frame by frame to detect the NSFW content using OpenCV. 3. Created my own post-processing steps to refine the model detections. 4. Converted the python code to C++ to deploy it into our SDK. Project 2: Cricket Analytics using just cameras. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Created POCs by generating analytics using ball tracking, bat tracking and human pose estimation. 2. Used Object Detection models (YOLO) and Human pose estimation models. 3. Project 1: Salient Object Detection to remove background of image objects. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Pre-processed the scraped images, involves: cleaning, remove synthetic shadows, superimpose over new background. 2. Created masks of those image objects. 3. Wrote pipeline to train U2Net model with a dataset of 4K images. 4. Performed multiple experiments, like fine-tuning and training from scratch. 5. Integrated PyTorch training with Weights & Biases to monitor training results. 6. Deployed the model as an API using FastAPI on AWS EC2 instance. Project 2: Image Recommender system from input text/image. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Implemented OpenAI's CLIP (Contrastive Language-Image Pre-Training). 2.
