Designed and improvised Sanitization/Disinfectant tunnel and well coordinated with reporting manager and the same has been authorized for production as due to COVID-19 there are no orders of printers so focused the research and production towards current needs. Designed 1 new machine soleley name OE4(singnage printer) which has been approved by required departments and did the whole reverse engineering and made 3 D design modelling and assembly in solidworks,made all the 2D documents and required files for each department (R&D,Production and to higher management)so as to freeze the 3 machine namely TXF for textile printing,IRISJET PRO for signage and flex printer & VERVE MINI t-shirt printers. Designed a completely new heater design for textile machine known as VASTRAJET and testing has been perfomed and design has been passed by testing department and will be used from next order. Designed the core holder for VASTRAJET textile printer as old designed was getting fracture after some used ,designed tested and it has now been started making in mass production. Constructed certain mechanism required for machines and did reverse engineering on UV printer imported from china plant whose body got damaged during shipping with error within 5%.
