  WORKING WITH CESC LTD( RP-SG GROUP) 2*300MW POWER PLANT AT CHANDRAPUR AS ON JOB TITLE JUNIOR MANAGER CADRE IN OPERATIONS. Co-ordinate with OEM for conducting performance guarantee test of Boiler, Turbine, Generator and ESP of both units.  Conducting heat rate and boiler efficiency tests at regular intervals (monthly).  Regularly conduct drains passing survey to avoid any unwanted heat loss from the turbine cycle. Optimizing APC by analyzing power consumption pattern of various sub-systems like CHP, AHP, WTP, etc. and individual motor feeders if required.  Standardized coal sampling practices for feeder coal sampling to calculate daily heat rate. Reporting the heat rate deviations on daily basis and taking steps to minimize the controllable deviations. Played a key role in implementation of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001). Conducting motor trials, pump, fan trials logic checking of all systems including MFT, ETS & GRP, water line flushing, Lube Oil system flushing, switch gear charging, transformer charging. Experience in BTG and auxiliary commissioning and routine operational activities. Looking after reporting and data management & analysis part of received coal.  Establishment of Preventive maintenance schedules for all the plant equipment of BTG, BOP, AHP, CHP etc. and Coordination with departments for Planning and Ensuring timely completion of PM, Gap analysis to be done on daily basis. Maintenance management including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and condition based maintenance. Compilation of Outage activities planning, scheduling, preparing bar charts and monitoring compliance of the same. Preparation of presentation of plant project status in MS Project, maintaining status of different planning activities.
