  Responsibilities Include: Annual Business Plan/ Strategic Business Plan: Coordinating with the various QA functions of the business standards, and maintain high quality standards. Handling the Quality related SR : Analyzing the reason for customer complaints and solving the issues through Customer Exchange/returns &co coordinating with brand. Co-coordinating with 3rd party testing agency for updating/improving the SCN Quality standard of soft line category products. Implementing countermeasures of field defect after discussing it with Brand/Vendor &MD . Providing adequate training programs for Call centre team QA team for the inspection and reporting methods.   Having the responsibility of production and finishing to deliver shipment. Ensuring the required quality standard of the shoe making made in line with The co-ordination of quality team. A.Q.L audits at level "2.5" are done on the packed shipment at two Levels. Level one entails doing A.Q.L audits on the garments that are packed Daily. Level two entails doing A.Q.L audits at In-Line, mid-Line and final stages Of the packed shipment. Attending PP (Pre-production) meetings with the Merchandisers, Prod. Manager, Cutting In charge & the internal QC's before starting any bulk Production so that they may co-ordinate smoothly, there after Knowledge of cutting patterns, layers and lot in cutting. Responsible to I.Q.C department (Incoming Quality Control) Responsible to the I.Q.C (incoming quality control) department. Responsible to check the fabrics, PU, Mash and for all incoming inventory. Responsible to check the closing department . Responsible to check the FILON, EVA and TPR sole.
