My work scope includes : • Costing of the various composites products that are enquired by our customers that suit their technical requirement. • Give competitive rate to the customers for their required composites materials. • Using of Auto Cad in calculation/estimation of various composites/insulating materials. • Reading of all types of engineering drawings provided by our customers. • Tendering of many government sector like BHEL ( Bhopal , Jhansi , Rudrapur , Hyderabad , Haridwar ) , VECC Kolkata , HAL Bangalore , IPR Gujrat , Indian Railways etc.. Both offline as well as online tendering is done by me. • Use of SAP B1 to manage all the sales related responsibilities like sales quotations , sales orders etc. • Planning of materials after getting orders from customers in order to execute it in a proper way in the minimum lead time. • Done dispatch related formalities also like preparing of Challan, invoice etc. is done by me. • Execution of the orders that are received from the customers. • Interaction with our customer till the successful completion of their purchase order. • Work for building strong customer relationship with customer on behalf of company. • Regular follow up for the payment and c-forms from the customers after completing their purchase order.
