I know Sri Abhinav from the day he initiated his job in the project office in N.Delhi as well as in the branch office of the owner of the generating electric company , M/S BIPL (Sister concern of Soma group) in Gurgaon too holding conference meetings/joint meeting with all the major designers,manufacturers suppliers and erectors of the machines to coordinate with major suppliers and/erectors ,EPC and main designers of EPC to make the Fast project successful in the interest /prestige of BIPL and able to fulfill commitment towards the state working along with the EPC company Soma enterprises ;when supply of all materials from individual cos's works started flooding at the site ,the work at site was also in the peak office & office work also started decreasing with vigorous pursual in the project office in the city of Delhi /NCR . Abhinav took up with needful follow up at the site with various erectors suppliers etc. for inspection , testing ,procurement and site work supervision etc for the comprehensive industry dealing with all odds /tough ,heavy light sophisticated equipment and their application with combination of deptts.Civ.,Mech.,E & I,electronics + all needed for a comprehensive industry almost who were closely attached directly with GM(project)/Mechanical with nd electrical work needed almost from the date of start of a 350 MW of a combined gas power project to coordinate with the designers and consulting engrs.,suppliers &erectors contractors for EPC for the owner of the project AND have a believe that he got a lot opportunity and inspiration out of which he has sincerely utilised the experiences he gained through his quality to acquire needful cohesiveness in team work ;I believe he can be successful in any important job with higher responsibility if he is given a chance and I wish his every success in future with more maturity and competence to implement his experiences
