My specific focus during this presentation was an in-depth exploration of the Spiral methodology, along with a thorough comparison of its key differentiators when compared to the Agile methodologies. Our presentation was met with enthusiasm and constructive feedback from senior employees within the organisation. The positive reception culminated in a special recognition during a company-wide meeting, underscoring the success of our team's collective endeavours. As part of my ongoing role, I actively contribute to the GeoPixPro project at Digigeodata.
