I am currently employed as a Software Engineering Intern at Digigeodata, a subsidiary of EarthLabs.Inc, where I play a pivotal role in data mining and technology solutions. In this capacity, I am deeply involved in backend development, utilising a diverse skillset encompassing Python, Django, OSGeo4W for streamlined open-source geospatial software integration on Windows environments, and Git for robust version control. My primary responsibility revolves around contributing to projects that drive innovation within the data mining and technology sector. One notable highlight of my journey at Digigeodata was our team's collaborative effort in delivering a comprehensive presentation on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models. My specific focus during this presentation was an in-depth exploration of the Spiral methodology, along with a thorough comparison of its key differentiators when compared to the Agile methodologies. Our presentation was met with enthusiasm and constructive feedback from senior employees within the organisation. The positive reception culminated in a special recognition during a company-wide meeting, underscoring the success of our team's collective endeavours. As part of my ongoing role, I actively contribute to the GeoPixPro project at Digigeodata.
