  Completed project (In vitro Glycoengineering of IgG on solid and liquid phase) Acknowledged for enhancing output by approximately 70-80% and achieving purification of antibodies found novel ways to meet good results with antibody cultured in bad conditions. Organized quality control testing of good and bad cultivated antibodies and identify the best for glycan analysis, while aiding other members in their tasks and engaging with other members. 2. I have completed the project (Optimizing Culture Conditions - EG2 CHO): I contributed efforts towards visualizing data from a canty microscope and conducting data analysis of data. I ensured the dimensionality reduction and clustering of the data. I developed statistical and variance models along with hierarchical clustering through the R language, while improving cell culture by defining parameters. Following are highlights of the key achievements that I attained:  Learned more about bright field microscopy for viable cell counting through canty microscope along with unifying microscopy with flow cytometry through the Ovizio microscope.  Recognized for filtering data and applying different types of dimensionality reduction, such as principal component, multiple correspondences, and clustering analysis, such as partition clustering and hierarchical clustering.  Deduced data to the seven parameters that played a pivotal role in cells growing and starvation/death stage and attained 90% of data visualization.   I efficiently performed SDS-PAGE, agarose gel electrophoresis, spectrophotometer, immunoassays, and microbiology tests, PCR, fluorescence microscopy, and flow cytometric analysis, as well as biochemical assays, antibiotics use, and recombinant DNA and fluorescence techniques. I maintained accurate records by completing overall documentation. Following are highlights of the key achievements that I attained:  Delivered active functional support to laboratory supervisor along with devised and incorporated new strategies to ensure seamless working operations of the laboratory and optimize the research process.  Completed screening of population with people having schizophrenia and epilepsy, emaciated data, led in silico characterization, determined ABCC2 & CYP1A1 genes to play a critical role and characterized these genes.
