  High tension Power lines (T&D), Metro Project Daily site inspection and reporting the unsafe act/ condition to the site management and coordinating with the site execution personnel. • Observe site safety procedures. • Ensure monthly inspection of the equipment on site. • Act positively, and participate in all health and safety issues at site as required by the Resident Engineer and Project Safety Representative. • Make Risk assessment of all jobs practicing in the project site with concerned site engineers. • Safety performance evaluation of sub-contractors. • Maintain accident / incident record for on- site and off- site accidents related to project employees, vehicles, assist project personnel for preparing first information report. • Monitoring the use of PPE on site. • Arrange and conduct emergency drills for identified emergencies on project site and camp as per designated frequency. • Ensure the PTW System is being strictly implemented on restrict area at site. • Conduct Tool Box Talks weekly. • Ensuring friendly Work environment. • To check daily observation, weekly HSE site Assessment check list and Implement towards this point. • Ensure safe transportation, storage, handling and disposal of chemicals on site as applicable. • Ensure regular inspection of tools, equipments, and vehicles are performed, deficiencies corrected and record maintain using appropriate forms. • Reporting of all activities to seniors.
