Worked to make a market and financial feasibility report for a 34 acre land parcel in central Mumbai. It included mapping of existing and proposed competitive projects in the subject vicinity. SWOT analysis, and phasing of the project to achieve maximum returns. Based on this report the developer submitted a proposal and it was the best offer amongst 4 major players like Rustomjee, DB realtors, Omkar, etc. Other responsibilities involved, coordinating with architects, consultants and construction partners during design development and execution stage by organising periodic review meetings including but not restricting to circulating agenda for such meetings, preparing / maintaining minutes of meetings & managing project related correspondence. Coordinating with Architects, consultants and execution partners for preparing as built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, etc on completion of project work.   Spire Flexi Homes- Worked as one of the Team leaders for two multi-family housing complexes coming up in Gurgaon (11.28 and 13 acre sites). In charge of overall project coordination with client, consultants and contractor.Other responsibilities included finalisation of flexible layout options in terms of civil works and services (plumbing, electrical), façade development, all design concepts related to site. SPIRETEC- Worked on developing the initial master plan and design brief (which included site plan, sections, volumetric study, area calculations, design parameters, etc) for the SPIRETEC international design competition organised in February 2011 by Spire World.SPIRETEC is an integrated IT development with a site area of 21 acres in Greater Noida, UP.
