Implemented Service Cloud for a global electronic device manufacturer for managing their service orders and preventive maintenance work. Developed Visualforce pages for overriding standard pages and to generate custom word documents for creating service quotes. Implemented complex Apex triggers to predict the type of preventive maintenance needed based on service history.Built a managed package for a GCC construction company which uses web services to pull in data from the company’s website and display it in Salesforce. Developed Apex classes to fetch data from the external service using REST API and created Visualforce pages to display the data. Designed and developed a custom app settings page enabling users to easily modify the app settings.Developed a custom seat-booking application for a non-profit organization in order to book tickets and allocate seats for their fundraising concert event. Developed a seat-booking UI, using a Visualforce page, where users can select the seats by clicking on it. Integrated with Authorize.net payment gateway to charge payments directly inside Salesforce.Created HTML Email templates and Web pages using Content Builder on Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a Japanese fashion retail client.
