  My Responsibilities here in Sankalpan Infrastructures includes Corporate Interiors planning, designing, Material presentation & finalization, handling a team & getting the working drawing get prepared from the team, Co-ordination with Client, consultant & PMC, preparation of BOQ's & Estimates, preparation of presentations, site co-ordination & providing onsite solution for the onsite issues. Also involved in checking & certifying the bills of in-house consultants & our Consultancy Fees recovery / follow-up during the project stages thereby having responsibility of successfully closure of the project.

  Initially when I had joined P.G. PATKI Architects as a Project Architect I had responsibility of preparing of Working drawings, details, site co-ordination & was working as a team member. Later within 1 & a half year was promoted to Team leader with additional responsibilities of design, co-ordination with client & consultants, handling of a team & individually handling of the entire project. Here was given an opportunity to work on Hospitality, Commercials, Data Center & Mall-Multiplex projects.
