Supported the work of the Council for NAEYC Accreditation which is the delegated authority by the NAEYC Governing Board to ensure the equity, integrity, and accountability of NAEYC Accreditation of programs for young children.

Established, implemented and continuously improved a quality assurance process for the Accreditation system (for example: oversee the collection and preparation of all materials utilized during due process). Consulted with attorneys on legal and procedural matters on all aspects of the NAEYC Accreditation system. Participated as a member of the Academy’s Executive team contributing to the systemic and operational effectiveness of the Accreditation system and the NAEYC Academy department.
