Area of Operation: Across Saudi Arabia *Implements, monitors and manages the shop POS system and its updates. *Monitors and updates the POS machines & all IT related equipment Inventory List and prepares reports for the IT Manager. *Provides support to shop users in the usage and maintenance of software programs and hardware. *Provides support to shop users in home using phone and home computer true VPN connection. *Reviews reports of computer and equipment malfunction and maintenance to address problems. *Perform preventive maintenance on computers & other equipment based on a planned schedule with a proper checklist. *Monitor shops connectivity and take corrective measure when issues found. *Monitor and maintain all IT related equipment in shops and ensure their smooth functioning. *Visit new shop project for opening to install IT devices and perform networking.
