  I am focused in the design of structures for High Voltage Overhead Lines. I acredite more than 10 years improving in the design and specialization in calculation of high voltage latticed towers. Now, at METALSEC, I have been main part in de developing of a catalogue of multiple kind of standard steel towers adapted accurately from 20kv to 400kV OHL and validated in a real scale test made according to normative EN 60652. I am dedicated to the development of complete solutions for clients that require high performance in their assemblies or modifications of High Voltage Overhead Lines. The tower calculation is fundamentally done through PLS-Tower software and the final design is outlined through TEKLA. My main function is to advise the client, look for high performance solutions and execute the complete design close with the Engineering Department and Technical Office. Show less

  "MADE Global Services" it is a branch of "ISOWAT/MADE Torres y Herrajes" company which is international recognised as one of the most competitive designer and manufacturer of latticed towers for high transmission lines and Thermosolar Structures around the world. My assignments at the Engineering Department are so various, but the treatment and study (re-study or even complete design) of external high transmission lines projects in search of an improvement of the latticed towers that gives support to the wires is my main one. In this way the response is to obtain the more efficient blend of structures capable of withstanding the loads and dimensions gave or calculated for the line. Combining experience at 1:1 scaled tests of OHL Towers, specialist in PLS-CADD and PLS-Tower, both international standard software for Over Head Lines and Latticed Tower Designs respectively, I am able to calculate accurated OHL based on the standards and normatives from each country or zone where it is placed (Spain, Mexico, Chile, Sweden among others), even foundations, reinforcements, re-stylings and the corresponding definitions and details guided to the manufacturing process.
