●Manufactured side panel sheets responsible for protection of electric vehicle's radiator by precisely cutting aluminum sheets using the vertical bandsaw to create chamfers, while using a dremel to perform smaller detailed cuts ●Bent the sheet to an angle of 10 degrees by use of a sheet metal brake ●Prepared sheet for attachment to the vehicle's chassis by using a power drill to create mounting holes ●Finalized fabrication of radiator mounts by utlizing the milling machine to create required through holes, additionally used adremel to reduce mount mass by 25% to optimize vehicle performance ●Colloborated with engineering students to finalize the 2D engineering drawing of the vehicle's lower foot cradle, employed Solidworks with team to formalize technical drawing details such as specified tolerances and gauge sizes, in turn preparingthe part for manufacturing ●Consulted with team to arrange the delivery of sheet metal to machinists for laser cutting ●Finalized fabrication of the Lower foot cradle through the use of the drill press to create countersunk holes according to draftdrawing specifications
